Supreme Decree No. 5747 of 13 October 2026 makes proof of foreign-currency inflows a condition for obtaining the M-03 Single Export Form, and ends the central bank's gold export certificate and its purchase and sale obligations.

Supreme Decree No. 5750 of 13 October 2026 rewrites the formulas used to update maximum electricity prices and tariffs, to cushion them against exchange-rate swings. It sets no new tariffs, but changes how and when the dollar reaches the bill.

Supreme Decree No. 5748 of 13 October 2026 rewards exporters whose suppliers invoice properly, but sets no deadline for issuing the certificate itself. It takes effect on 1 June 2027.
