Profile
Pablo René Rojas Moreno is the Managing Partner of C.R. & F. Rojas Abogados and has been a member of the firm since 1995. He graduated from Marlborough College, Wiltshire, England in 1989, obtained his law degree from the Law School of the Universidad Católica Boliviana in La Paz, and was admitted to practice in 2002.
He taught Commercial Law at Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo,” La Paz (2007–2009), holds a Master's in International Legal Studies (Golden Gate University School of Law, 2002), and has completed programmes at Hastings Law School (Intensive Negotiation Program, 2006) and the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School (Lex Mundi Management Program, 2014).
Mr. Rojas has spoken and served as a panel member before the International Bar Association (2007, 2009 — Tax Incentives) and the University of Miami (2009, 2011 — Seminar for Corporate Counsel). He contributed the Bolivian chapter to the American Bar Association's Legal Guide to Doing Business in South America.
Mr. Rojas is a Knight of the Sovereign Order of Malta and currently serves as Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta in Bolivia. He is also Honorary Consul General of Denmark in Bolivia.
