Josseline Nicole de las Heras Medina

Josseline Nicole de las Heras Medina is an associate in the La Paz office, specialising in contentious and litigation matters. She joined CRF Rojas in 2023 after extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, particularly in administrative and regulatory roles.

Her practice focuses on civil, notarial, and procedural law. She regularly advises companies and public entities in these areas, ensuring compliance and providing strategic legal guidance.

Her work covers contract drafting, legal document preparation, and procedural follow-up. Josseline is experienced in handling disputes, preparing and managing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court.

Before joining CRF Rojas, Josseline worked at Soluciones Operativas Logísticas as a Legal Assistant. She also served as an Auxiliary in the Anti-Corruption Division at the Prosecutor's Office of La Paz, and as a Public Management Advisor at the Chamber of Deputies of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, where she drafted legislative projects, provided legal advice, and prepared conciliation minutes for sectors in conflict.
