Sandra Salinas, has been a member of the firm since 1993. She obtained her law degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés Law School, La Paz, Bolivia and was admitted to practice in 1993.

Mrs. Salinas has participated in several conferences related to Environmental law. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
