Pablo Rojas, is the firm's Managing Partner and has been a member of the firm since 1995. He graduated from Marlborough College, Wiltshire, England in 1989, and then obtained his law degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana Law School, La Paz, Bolivia and was admitted to practice in 2002.

Mr. Rojas has completed 2 years of the JD program offered by Golden Gate University School of Law (1996-1998), in San Francisco California, and has obtained a Masters in Law (LL.M) in International Legal Studies at the same University.

Mr. Rojas is a Knight of the Sovereign Order of Malta. Mr. Rojas has contributed to publications related to oil, gas and mining in Bolivia, and enforcement of foreign judgments. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
