Maria del Carmen Ballivian has been a member of the firm since 1998. Ms. Ballivian graduated from Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific (United World Colleges) in 1987, obtained her law degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, La Paz, Bolivia and was admitted to practice in 2000.

Ms. Ballivian has participated in seminars and conferences abroad related to Air Law. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
