Jorge
Subirana, has been a member of the firm since
1998. He obtained his law degree from the
Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René
Moreno, Santa Cruz, Bolivia and was admitted
to practice in 1976.
Mr.
Subirana is a professor of Contracts Law
at the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz
Law School. Mr. Subirana also taught Civil
Procedure and Family Law at the same University.
Mr.
Subirana has worked as the National Director
of the Civil Registry, and has served as
Labor Judge; District Attorney; Criminal
Judge, Judge of Controlled Substances; Civil
Judge and President of the Association of
Judges for the District of Santa Cruz.
